3. Scope of our services

ECODESK GLOBAL BPO provides outsourced business-process support. For Merchant Cash Advance clients we provide operational services only — outbound calling, lead qualification against criteria supplied by the client, follow-up, appointment setting and CRM updates. We are not a lender, funder, broker or financial adviser, we do not originate or underwrite advances, and nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal or investment advice.

4. Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of the business you represent. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its data.
• Do not submit automated, abusive, misleading or fraudulent enquiries.
